Jesse Tolley’s passion for performance runs deep — long before launching 412 Dyno Shop in 2007, he was chasing horsepower with his dad in a race car and tearing up motocross tracks. After spending a decade in the U.S. Navy working on complex weapons systems and teaching electrical and electronic troubleshooting, Jesse returned home to Tennessee with a strong technical foundation and a relentless drive to build something of his own.

Following his service, Jesse further sharpened his skills with welding and machine shop courses at TCAT and went on to attend numerous tuning schools, even stepping in as an assistant instructor along the way. Blending military-grade precision with a lifelong love of motorsports, he built 412 Dyno Shop into a trusted performance and repair destination for Decatur County and the Greater West Tennessee community.

Today, Jesse leads the shop with the same commitment he brought to every mission — delivering honest work, real results, and high-quality craftsmanship you can feel on the road.
